Data Project Manager

<strong>About the role </strong><br>We are seeking <strong>a Data Project Manager</strong>&nbsp;to join. Driving projects that deliver foundational data assets, insights, reporting products, and data pipelines.<br><br> As a Data Project Manager, you&rsquo;ll coordinate across multiple delivery squads, service design, platform and IT teams, ensuring successful delivery of strategic data projects. You will play a key role in balancing business requirements, technical dependencies, and agency priorities, while fostering strong collaboration across stakeholders.<br><br> <strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Coordinating planning and delivery across cross-functional agile project teams</li> <li>Managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting</li> <li>Leading delivery of data assets, reporting solutions and data pipelines</li> <li>Overseeing change management, release planning and quality standards</li> <li>Publishing regular status updates and managing key decisions</li> <li>Promoting continuous improvement and best-practice project delivery</li> </ul> <strong>Skills &amp; Experience </strong><br>We are looking for highly organised, delivery-focused leaders with a strong track record in complex data project management.<br> <ul> <li>Experience delivering IT, data, or analytics projects</li> <li>Strong skills in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Visio</li> <li>Experience with SQL, SAS, or data testing/UAT execution</li> <li>Exposure to cloud migration or CRM/data platform projects</li> <li>Familiarity with data sharing, privacy, cyber, and legal considerations</li> </ul> <br> <strong>Additional requirements:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Australian citizenship is required.</li> <li>Locations: NSW, VIC.</li> <li>Must be able to obtain a Baseline clearance</li> </ul> To apply, please click the '<strong>Apply</strong>' button to submit the most recent copy of your resume and cover letter.
