<strong>About the Role </strong><br>We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new clinical management system across aged care facilities. This role will oversee the delivery of a SaaS-based residential care solution, integrating pain and wound management tools with an Electronic Medication Management system.<br><br> You’ll be joining a large-scale digital transformation team, collaborating with senior leaders and clinical stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organisational goals of safety, sustainability and care excellence.<br><br> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end implementation of a new clinical management solution across aged care facilities.</li> <li>Oversee budget, planning, risk and stakeholder engagement activities.</li> <li>Lead a multidisciplinary team including vendors and change management specialists.</li> <li>Ensure alignment with digital strategy and clinical governance standards.</li> <li>Report regularly to executive leadership and project steering committees.</li> </ul> <strong>You’ll need to demonstrate:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Proven success delivering large-scale, benefits-driven clinical or health projects.</li> <li>Deep understanding of project delivery frameworks (Prince2, PMBOK).</li> <li>High-level skills in risk management, stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.</li> <li>Ability to lead across clinical, technical and vendor teams.</li> <li>Strong communication and documentation capabilities.</li> </ul> <strong>Desirable:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Experience in aged care or healthcare technology implementations.</li> <li>Background in vendor/contract management.</li> <li>Familiarity with SaaS-based clinical systems and integration with medication platforms.</li> </ul> <div> <div>To apply, please click the '<strong>Apply</strong>' button to submit the most recent copy of your resume and cover letter.
