<strong>About the role</strong><br>We are seeking three experienced IT Continuity & Cyber Resilience Specialists to support the uplift of enterprise-wide disaster recovery and cyber resilience capabilities across a high-impact program. These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to critical ICT continuity planning, crisis management, and infrastructure resilience within a complex and security-conscious environment.<br> <br> As a senior member of the technology function, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies that ensure ongoing business operations during disruption, integrating continuity best practices with cybersecurity risk frameworks, and advising key stakeholders on contingency planning.<br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Design and deliver enterprise-level ICT Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and System Contingency Plans.</li> <li>Conduct risk assessments and identify capability gaps relating to crisis response and service continuity.</li> <li>Align contingency planning with cyber security frameworks and risk management strategies.</li> <li>Lead tabletop exercises, test planning, post-incident reviews, and scenario simulations.</li> <li>Apply standards such as NIST 800-34, ISO 27001/22301, and ISM in developing resilience frameworks.</li> <li>Deliver best-practice continuity strategies for on-prem and cloud-based environments.</li> <li>Translate emerging threat intelligence into disaster recovery and response improvements.</li> </ul> <strong>Required Experience & Skills:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Minimum five years’ experience in cyber security and IT continuity planning.</li> <li>Previous experience within Australian Government or large enterprise environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience developing and managing disaster recovery, crisis management, and continuity strategies.</li> <li>Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, cloud environments, enterprise architecture, and cyber frameworks.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li> </ul> <strong>Please note: This role is open to QLD, NSW, VIC, and SA. Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
