This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.<br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Act as the Level 2 escalation point for advanced technical issues</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex network, IoT, and telecommunications systems</li> <li>Perform advanced diagnostics, remote system recovery, and hardware fault analysis</li> <li>Communicate directly with end users and site managers to ensure successful resolution</li> <li>Provide technical consultation and system optimisation advice</li> </ul> <strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong><br> <ul> <li>2+ years’ technical support experience with escalation handling</li> <li>Qualifications in IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting skills with network, IoT, or telecommunications systems</li> <li>Excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions</li> </ul> <strong>Preferred:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Experience in high-availability or critical-response technology environments</li> <li>Knowledge of IoT device management and incident response protocols</li> </ul> Please click the 'Apply' button to submit your resume and cover letter.
