We are seeking an experienced <strong>Training Lead</strong> to join a large transformation program focused on modernising systems and processes across the vocational education and training sector. This role will see you working with a broad range of stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver engaging training solutions that support the successful rollout of new technologies and processes.<br> <strong> </strong> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver engaging, inclusive training programs using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.</li> <li>Collaborate with project managers, change managers, and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business objectives.</li> <li>Integrate training into business-as-usual systems and processes to ensure long-term adoption.</li> <li>Create training materials, eLearning modules, and video content to support learning across different channels.</li> <li>Facilitate training and engagement activities, including coordinating with change champions and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Conduct training needs analysis, prepare training plans, and maintain related registers and records.</li> </ul> <strong> </strong> <br> <strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong><br> <ul> <li>5+ years’ experience in developing and delivering training programs.</li> <li>Strong instructional design capability with knowledge of adult learning principles.</li> <li>Expertise in eLearning development tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise).</li> <li>Experience creating engaging video content (Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe).</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage training delivery to meet project deadlines.</li> <li>Willingness to travel within Queensland to deliver in-person training as required.</li> </ul> <strong> </strong> <br> <strong>Highly Regarded</strong><br> <ul> <li>Experience working within government environments.</li> <li>Exposure to CRM business transitions.</li> <li>Experience with prototypes and proof-of-concept environments.</li> </ul> <strong> </strong> <br> This role will be offered as an initial contract until 30 April 2026.<br> <strong> </strong> <br> <br> To apply please send your resume by following the links below or contact Nat at Blackroc on 0430 292 875 or natalie@blackroc.co
