An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Program / Project Coordinator to support a large, complex transformation program. This role is ideal for someone with strong delivery coordination experience, exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate confidently across diverse technical and business stakeholder groups.<br><br> You’ll provide critical day-to-day coordination, governance support and administration across program activities, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with program frameworks and controls.<br> <br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Provide daily coordination and administrative support across the program, including communications, meetings, workshops and project registers.</li> <li>Deliver financial analysis and support, ensuring alignment with program finance processes.</li> <li>Coordinate monthly reporting cycles, governance activities and assurance requirements.</li> <li>Support the management of risks, issues, decisions, changes and compliance with program delivery controls.</li> <li>Lead and manage program information management processes and documentation.</li> <li>Analyse and improve program administration functions to drive efficiency.</li> <li>Prepare and communicate weekly internal updates.</li> <li>Support Program and Project Managers with:<br> <ul> <li>Stakeholder analysis</li> <li>Communications and template development</li> <li>Coordination of stakeholder workshops and meetings</li> <li>Travel coordination</li> <li>Vendor, technical and engineering staff coordination</li> <li>Management of communication registers and logs</li> </ul> </li> <li>Manage program administration processes including HR support, onboarding, offboarding and approvals.</li> </ul> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong> <strong>Essential</strong><br> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in program and/or project delivery (ideally in service transition or migration).</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior ICT and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills.</li> <li>Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams.</li> <li>High attention to detail with strong accuracy in deliverables.</li> </ul> <strong>Desirable</strong><br> <ul> <li>Understanding of project management and delivery frameworks.</li> <li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.</li> </ul> This role will be offered as an initial 24 month contract <br><br><strong>Please note: </strong> Australian Citizenship is essential for this role<br><br>To apply please send your resume or contact Nat at BLACKROC on 0430 292 875 or natalie@blackroc.co
