They now seek a Product Owner to own the end-to-end evolution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and omnichannel Contact Centre systems.<br><br>In this role, you will function as the strategic and tactical owner of product delivery within a high-velocity Agile squad. You will shape AI-enabled workflows, optimise customer journey automation, and drive ROI-focused feature velocity. Expect to translate market signals into executable scope, enforce disciplined backlog hygiene, and ship production-grade increments with zero tolerance for technical debt.<br> <br><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong><br> <ul> <li>Own scrum ceremonies, backlog, and release cadence</li> <li>Define product strategy, OKRs, and multi-quarter roadmaps</li> <li>Prioritise epics/stories via value frameworks (RICE, WSJF)</li> <li>Lead discovery, story mapping, and acceptance criteria definition</li> <li>Embed customer telemetry, competitive benchmarking, and trend forecasting</li> <li>Enforce Agile maturity and scaled Scrum practices</li> </ul> <strong>Essential Requirements</strong><br> <ul> <li>2-3+ years as a Product Owner in enterprise environments</li> <li>Full-lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment (configuration, customisation, Power Platform)</li> <li>Contact Centre platform rollout (Genesys, Amazon Connect, or equivalent)</li> <li>Mastery of Agile metrics, velocity planning, and technical debt management</li> <li>End-to-end delivery of $1M+ digital programs in regulated or high-change settings</li> <li>Advanced process modelling (Visio + BPMN 2.0)</li> <li>Working knowledge of test automation and shift-left QA</li> <li>Proven ability to influence C-level with data-backed narratives</li> <li>Degree in CS, Business Analysis, or equivalent + PSPO/CSPO + BPMN accreditation</li> </ul> <strong>Desirable</strong><br> <ul> <li>Exposure to AI/ML integration in CRM (Copilot, predictive routing)</li> <li>PR, growth marketing, or customer-led design experience</li> <li>Leadership of distributed or vendor-integrated teams</li> <li>Design thinking or Lean Startup certification</li> </ul> <br><strong>Please contact: Kacey@blackroc.co or Jason@blackroc.co</strong><br><br>At BLACKROC Recruitment, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
