Great opportunity for a skilled <strong>Service Delivery Coordinator</strong> to support the coordination and continuous improvement of ICT architecture services across a large Qld Government Department.<br><br> In this pivotal role, you will manage incoming service requests, monitor delivery performance, and support the effective governance of architecture processes that enable strategic ICT outcomes. Working closely with business leaders, architecture practitioners and service providers, you’ll help ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality ICT services that meet departmental objectives.<br> <br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Manage incoming service requests and monitor service queues to ensure timely response and delivery.</li> <li>Coordinate customer engagement and maintain regular communication regarding service updates.</li> <li>Oversee weekly reporting, service usage monitoring, and cost recovery management.</li> <li>Support the maintenance of architecture governance processes, escalating risks and delays as required.</li> <li>Recommend and implement service management and process improvements to enhance service quality.</li> <li>Maintain strong working relationships with architecture teams, understanding capacity and resourcing requirements.</li> <li>Improve service request forms and processes in ServiceNow to optimise user experience and accuracy.</li> <li>Support vendor and supplier management, including contract renewals and performance oversight.</li> <li>Contribute to the ongoing development of ICT service offerings to align with enterprise standards and stakeholder expectations.</li> </ul> <strong>Key skills and experience:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building positive relationships across ICT and business teams.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritise competing demands and oversee end-to-end service delivery activities.</li> <li>Practical understanding of architectural lifecycles, service delivery frameworks and PRINCE2-aligned project environments.</li> <li>A proactive approach to process improvement and a commitment to delivering customer-focused ICT services.</li> </ul> This role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract + 12 month extension option.<br><br>To apply please send your resume or contact Nat on 0430 292 875 or Natalie@blackroc.co
