<strong>Technical Delivery Manager – Large-Scale MoG Transition Program</strong><br> <strong>Contract to 30 June 2026 | Likely Extension | Brisbane-Based (Hybrid)</strong><br> <br> BLACKROC is partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation seeking an experienced <strong>Technical Delivery Manager</strong> to lead a complex program of Machinery of Government (MoG) transitions across the state.<br> <br> This role will suit someone who thrives in structured, high-stakes environments — coordinating technical delivery, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring smooth transition of ICT services into a centralised environment.<br> <br> You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple streams of technical delivery to ensure business areas are effectively integrated into a central ICT environment. This includes managing infrastructure, information management, end-user computing, and service arrangements to achieve seamless operational readiness.<br> <strong> </strong> <br> <strong>Key responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Lead the delivery of multiple MoG transition projects to meet business outcomes.</li> <li>Engage and consult with senior stakeholders to define, plan, and execute complex technical transitions.</li> <li>Manage the transition of statewide business areas into centralised environments covering:</li> <ul> <li>Infrastructure services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking</li> <li>Information management and security services</li> <li>End-user computing: Managed Operating Environment, automated deployments</li> </ul> <li>Oversee implementation and continual improvement of operational standards and procedures.</li> <li>Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to technical teams and contractors.</li> </ul> This role will suit a delivery-focused leader with deep technical understanding and the ability to coordinate large, multi-stakeholder programs in complex enterprise or government environments.<br> <strong> </strong> <br> <strong>You’ll bring:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Proven success delivering large-scale ICT transition or integration projects.</li> <li>Strong experience in infrastructure, service delivery, and operational readiness.</li> <li>Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to drive high-quality service management outcomes and support models.</li> <li>Experience leading technical teams and vendors in complex environments.</li> </ul> <br> This role will be offered as an initial contract to 30 June with view to extend.<br> <br> To apply please send your resume or contact Nat at BLACKROC on 0430 292 875 or natalie@blackroc.co
