Our agency runs on the latest AI tools for optimisation and targeting. Full-time remote role for candidates in Australia or New Zealand.<strong><br></strong><br> You will be delivering performance through AI-integrated digital strategies: predictive analytics, automated optimisation, and ML targeting. Fully remote team, cross-timezone collaboration, client work across industries. Ethical focus, measurable results, autonomy for experienced pros based in AUS/NZ.<br><br><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br>Manage paid campaigns, prioritising ugly ad performance. Handle white-label accounts for client ops, off-label platform uses within bounds. Optimise with AI tools, track ROI. Permanent position with growth potential.<br> Key Responsibilities <br> <ul> <li>Launch ugly ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok.
