Blackroc is partnering with a community-focused organisation to find experienced <strong>Change Analysts</strong> to support upcoming transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer experience.<br> <br> You’ll work across business and technology teams to assess change impacts, develop documentation and communication materials, and help embed new ways of working. This is a great opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation that values collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement.<br> <br> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong><br> <ul> <li>Experience supporting change management or business transformation initiatives within complex organisations (health, customer-facing or customer service environments)</li> <li>Strong understanding of organisational change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).</li> <li>Proven experience working alongside project delivery and IT teams on system or process improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and manage change artefacts and documentation.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and written communication skills.</li> </ul> <br> These roles will be offered as initial 6 month contracts with opportunity to extend.<br> <br> To apply please send your resume or contact Nat on 0430 292 875 or Natalie@blackroc.co
