Join a major Finance & Operations transformation program as a <strong>Delivery Lead</strong>, responsible for overseeing enterprise reporting and supply chain workstreams. You’ll drive the delivery of complex vendor contracts, coordinate across multiple project streams, and ensure outcomes are achieved on time and to scope.<br><br> Working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and data and finance leads, you’ll translate contract deliverables into sprint-ready activities, maintain delivery cadence, and uphold high standards of governance and accountability.<br> <br><strong>What you’ll do:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Lead delivery across assigned supplier contracts and workstreams.</li> <li>Manage sprint planning, progress tracking, and delivery reporting.</li> <li>Oversee enterprise reporting requirements across performance, statutory, and financial operations.</li> <li>Partner with a specialist implementation vendor to deliver major enhancements to supply chain processes.</li> <li>Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across streams.</li> <li>Ensure delivery aligns with governance standards while maintaining Agile principles.</li> </ul> <strong>What you’ll bring:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Proven experience leading delivery within large-scale ERP or transformation programs.</li> <li>Strong background in enterprise finance systems and reporting (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).</li> <li>Knowledge of EPM platforms (Adaptive, Prophix, Oracle Cloud EPM, or OneStream).</li> <li>Experience delivering procurement or supply chain solutions (e.g. Coupa, SAP, Oracle).</li> <li>Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile methods and delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.</li> <li>Relevant project management or Agile certifications.</li> </ul> This role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract.<br><br>For further information contact Nat on 0430 292 875 or Natalie@blackroc.co
