This permanent position offers the opportunity to lead red team operations, contribute to security governance, and consult on secure architectures across both IT and OT environments.<br><br> <strong>Role Purpose</strong> <br>The Penetration Testing Lead will take ownership of proactive security initiatives, leading offensive engagements and embedding security practices across technology environments. This position is designed for a hands-on security leader who wants to transition into a future senior role.<br><br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Conduct penetration testing, red teaming, adversary simulation, and vulnerability assessments.</li> <li>Architect secure solutions across IT and OT environments.</li> <li>Build and maintain threat models and attack surface analysis.</li> <li>Mentor junior staff and uplift the organisation’s security maturity.</li> <li>Provide offensive insights into incident response and governance.</li> </ul> <strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong> <ul> <li>5+ years in security, with 2+ years in offensive security.</li> <li>Strong red team and penetration testing background.</li> <li>Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365).</li> <li>Tools experience: Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, BloodHound, scripting.</li> <li>Strong communication skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Relevant certifications: OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, CRTO.</li> </ul> Please click the 'Apply' button to submit your resume and cover letter.
