Our client is on the lookout for an ERP Solutions Lead, with deep expertise in Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of Workday solutions across the business. This role reports directly to the Enterprise Systems Manager and requires a hands-on functional leader who can bridge finance, technology, and people functions, ensuring solutions are both strategically aligned and operationally effective.<br> <br> The ideal candidate will be:<br> <ul> <li>A Workday Financials and Planning expert, with proven experience configuring, optimising, and supporting key modules such as Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, and Budgets.</li> <li>Adept at translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, driving process efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>Skilled in reporting and analytics using Workday tools (Report Writer, Calculated Fields), with a strong understanding of integrations (EIB, Workday Studio).</li> <li>A confident communicator who can influence stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and People & Culture, while delivering clear documentation, training, and change support.</li> <li>An innovator who keeps pace with Workday’s roadmap, proactively assessing new features and embedding best practice governance, design patterns, and standards.</li> </ul> Preferred candidates will hold Workday certifications in Financials and/or Adaptive Planning and bring experience with complex or multi-entity Workday environments, alongside exposure to HCM, Payroll, or Security.<br> <br> This is a pivotal role for a solutions-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, shaping how Workday supports growth and operational excellence across the organisation.<br><br>Able to work in Australia, ready to learn more about this?
