This role sits within a major Cyber Security Uplift initiative, focused on advancing identity and access capabilities across a complex, high-security environment.<br> <br> As an Identity Specialist, you’ll take a hands-on technical leadership role designing and implementing enterprise-scale identity solutions across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IGA, and CyberArk PAM. You’ll work closely with project teams, cyber architects, and partner vendors to deliver identity solutions that are robust, secure, and future-ready.<br> <br> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Design and implement IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions (Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk).</li> <li>Develop and maintain roadmap improvements across identity platforms.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership to project and partner teams during delivery.</li> <li>Configure and integrate identity solutions with endpoint and network security (Zero Trust).</li> <li>Oversee identity engineering work and ensure high-quality technical delivery.</li> <li>Create operational documentation and contribute to the ongoing development of the identity practice.</li> <li>Collaborate with security architects on the development of enterprise identity roadmaps.</li> </ul> <strong> </strong> <br> <strong>Required Skills and experience:</strong><br> <ul> <li>8+ years’ experience across the Identity domain — engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.</li> <li>Strong technical expertise across IGA (SailPoint), IAM (Entra ID / AD) and PAM (CyberArk).</li> <li>Proven experience delivering complex identity solutions within large or regulated environments.</li> <li>Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ASD Essential 8, ISM, SOCI, AES-CSF) and Zero Trust principles.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and guide technical decisions.</li> <li>Hands-on capability — equally comfortable designing solutions or getting deep into configuration.</li> </ul> <br> This role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract with view to extend.<br> <br> To apply please send your resume or contact Nat at BLACKROC on 0430 292 875 for further information.
