As part of this continued growth, they’re seeking a skilled <strong>Platform Engineer</strong> to join their technology team.<br><br> <strong>Role Purpose</strong><br> As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organisation’s Citrix platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance across hybrid environments. You’ll work within a collaborative infrastructure team to deliver reliable and secure solutions that support a large user base.<br><br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br> <ul> <li>Manage and optimise Citrix environments to ensure stability and high availability.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and end-user issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with cloud, network, and security teams to maintain system integrity.</li> <li>Document environment configurations and operational procedures.</li> <li>Implement automation using PowerShell to streamline maintenance and reporting.</li> <li>Contribute to compliance and risk management initiatives.</li> </ul> <strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong><br> <ul> <li>Strong experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (DaaS/MCS).</li> <li>Knowledge of SCCM, Windows Server, and Windows 10/11 administration.</li> <li>Familiarity with VMware or cloud-based virtualisation platforms (AWS, Azure).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with user profile management tools (UPM, CPM, FSLogix).</li> <li>PowerShell scripting and automation proficiency.</li> <li>Citrix certification (CCA-V, CCP-V, or higher) highly desirable.</li> </ul> <strong>Benefits</strong><br> <ul> <li>Permanent position with 2 days WFH flexibility.</li> <li>Opportunity to work within a large-scale, enterprise environment.</li> <li>Career growth and training opportunities.</li> <li>Collaborative culture and modern technical environment.</li> </ul> Please click the ‘Apply’ button to submit your application.
