Blackroc is seeking a PMO Support Officer to join a growing Technical Delivery PMO supporting a large, complex transformation portfolio within a highly regulated environment.<br><br> This role will suit someone who enjoys structure, thrives on coordination and organisation, and is confident engaging with a wide range of technical and delivery stakeholders. You’ll play an important role in embedding PMO processes, supporting governance forums, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple delivery streams.<br> <br><strong>Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Coordinate key portfolio meetings, workshops, and townhalls — including scheduling, agenda preparation, presentation support, minutes, and action tracking.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain portfolio reporting packs, dashboards, and updates using tools such as Power BI, MS Project Online, and Excel.</li> <li>Maintain PMO documentation libraries and support process improvement and knowledge management activities.</li> <li>Work closely with PMO, project, and technical teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery support.</li> </ul> <strong>Ideally you will have the following:</strong> <ul> <li>3+ years’ experience in a PMO or business support role within a large, complex, or regulated organisation.</li> <li>Sound understanding of project and portfolio management practices.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with Power BI, MS Project Online, SharePoint, or SAP is highly regarded.</li> </ul> This role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract + view to extend.<br><br>To apply please send your resume or contact Nat at BLACKROC on 0430 292 875 or natalie@blackroc.co
