Business Analyst (Cyber)

A leading electricity organisation based in Brisbane is seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Business Analyst</strong>&nbsp;to support a major&nbsp;<strong>cyber security uplift&nbsp;</strong>on a&nbsp;<strong>12-month contract.</strong>&nbsp;You&rsquo;ll work closely with project and program managers to deliver key analysis services in a dynamic and complex environment.<br> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <em>This role is based in Brisbane, but will also consider candidates from Melbourne or Sydney to work remotely (coming to the Brisbane office 3-4 days per month at the organisation's expense).</em><br> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.</li> <li>Develop user stories, process maps, and key project artefacts.</li> <li>Prepare reports, option papers, and business cases.</li> <li>Support stakeholder engagement, testing, and operational transitions.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and procedures.</li> </ul> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <strong>About You:</strong><br> <ul> <li>8+ years experience in business analysis roles within Cyber Security.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Cyber Security frameworks (Essential 8, NIST, ASD ISM).</li> <li>Skilled in stakeholder engagement and clear documentation.</li> <li>Experience with financial analysis for business cases.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and project management tools.</li> </ul> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br> To apply, please click the 'Apply' button to submit the most recent copy of your resume and cover letter.
