<strong>About the Role<br></strong> <br>An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced <strong>Senior Salesforce Support Engineer</strong> to join a dynamic team supporting the delivery of innovative digital solutions across the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). <br><br>This role sits within the Technology Services Division, contributing to the effective support and maintenance of Salesforce-based platforms, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud and OmniStudio applications.<br><br> You will play a key part in supporting platform operations, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the continual improvement of systems and processes.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Maintain and configure Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience applications</li> <li>Build end-to-end automated processes using Salesforce declarative tools</li> <li>Investigate and troubleshoot OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Raptors and integration procedures</li> <li>Perform ongoing system administration: user maintenance, application metrics monitoring, configuration management and data integrity</li> <li>Manage deployments using DevOps frameworks</li> </ul> <strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong> <strong>Essential:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years' experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem</li> <li>Experience or exposure to Salesforce Industries (including OmniStudio)</li> <li>Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Classes)</li> <li>Hands-on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments</li> <li>Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201 or ADM211) and Platform App Builder</li> </ul> <strong>Desirable:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Experience supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud</li> <li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript</li> <li>Platform Developer I or Vlocity Certification</li> </ul> To apply, please click the '<strong>Apply</strong>' button to submit the most recent copy of your resume and cover letter.
