<strong>About the role</strong><br> We’re seeking an experienced <strong>Solution Architect</strong> to design and deliver high-quality, scalable technology solutions that meet business needs while aligning with enterprise and government frameworks. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business challenges and technology outcomes, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and strategically aligned.<br> <br> Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will guide solution design, ensure best practice architecture, and oversee delivery through to implementation. This role offers the opportunity to influence major initiatives, including projects involving geospatial data, asset management, and application integration.<br> <br> <strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Analyse business requirements and translate them into end-to-end solution designs</li> <li>Provide technical leadership across applications, integrations, and infrastructure</li> <li>Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards</li> <li>Support implementation, troubleshoot design issues, and drive performance optimisation</li> <li>Engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical</li> <li>Maintain governance through architectural documentation, risk assessments, and standards compliance</li> </ul> <br> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong><br> <ul> <li>Strong background in geospatial technologies, data, and databases</li> <li>Expertise across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li> <li>Proficiency in integration technologies (APIs, microservices, ESB)</li> <li>Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.)</li> <li>TOGAF and/or AWS certification</li> <li>8+ years’ experience in solution design and delivery in large, complex organisations</li> </ul> <br> To apply, please click the '<strong>Apply</strong>' button to submit the most recent copy of your resume and cover letter.
