We are seeking four experienced EL2-level Actuaries to take on leadership positions within a major national program. These roles are ideal for senior actuarial professionals who bring deep technical expertise, strategic insight, and proven leadership capability in complex environments.<br><br>As a Lead Actuary, you will lead a specialist team with responsibility for planning, resource management, risk resolution, and the delivery of highly complex and sensitive actuarial projects. You will provide authoritative advice to senior executives and stakeholders, influencing strategy, policy, and operational practices.<br><br> These positions require a high level of independence, judgement, and decision-making, with accountability for delivering outcomes of strategic significance.
