As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, YOU will be responsible for the development and execution of digital content for this leading B2C company.

About the Role:

As part of the wider Digital Marketing team, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development and execution of content across multilabel channels. Leading a team of 15 direct reports you are ultimately responsible for managing the production of digital projects.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and priorities the delivery of marketing campaigns and develop overall content for cross-function teams.
• Own the strategic planning of projects to ensure the desired outcomes.
• Manage multiple digital production calendars to ensure the delivery of ongoing works.
• Lead and mentor a large team of 15 specialists.
• Ensure the success of key projects through analysis, reporting, testing and ongoing optimisation. 

About you: 

• Proven experience managing multiple digital projects is a must.
• Previous experience leading large teams, ideally within an agency.
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the development and execution of content marketing and SEO campaigns.
•  In-depth understanding of Digital content production techniques including, outreach and content link based acquisition.
• Strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
