Major Federal Government Department is seeking multiple Customer Identity and Access Management Engineers to work on a major project. These positions are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions tailored to external users within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment

Responsibilities:
- Implement, and maintain customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, focusing on user registration, authentication, authorization, and user profile management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective CIAM configurations.
- Configure and manage CIAM features, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and security best practices.
- Optimize CIAM solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CIAM products and platforms, such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent, with previous experience for any of these being highly desirable.
- Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
