SAP Business Analyst.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an organisation that is changing its EAM and ERP technology. 

You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and SAP solutions.

Working closely with stakeholders from the ERP EAM Program, Digital, and across the business you will be tasked with understanding their needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for SAP implementation and enhancement projects.

Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP functionalities, modules business processes and have strong analytical skills.

You will: 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for the Program’s SAP projects
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including data models, process flows, screen designs, and configuration settings for SAP modules
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery partners, solution architects, project managers, and business stakeholders, to support the successful delivery of SAP projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and training materials for SAP solutions
• Assist with testing efforts, including developing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects to ensure the solution aligns with business requirements
• Stay up-to-date with SAP updates, new functionalities, and industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and SAP solutions
• Investigate and assist in resolving issues related to SAP functionalities, data inconsistencies, and system performance, collaborating with technical teams as necessary

What we're looking for: 

• 10 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Large proportion of your experience focused on SAPn implementations, configurations and enhancements
• Strong understanding and expertise of the SAP solution and modules including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CRM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur
• SAP implementation methodology experience, such as Activate or Agile
• Great communication and people skills; you'll be capable of breaking down and conveying intricate technical ideas to people outside of the tech realm
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering top-notch solutions.
• Ablility to tackle tasks solo or as part of a team in a rapid-fire setting, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 
• If you have knowledge of SAP solutions for utilities, resources or energy this is advantageous
