Bringing a wealth of digital marketing experience, you will manage the company's inbound lead strategy. There's a focus on social media advertising in this role as they launch their new brand to market.
You will:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms to generate leads for their sales teams, with a particular focus on social media
- Monitor, manage, and optimise advertisements on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Own the implementation and refinement of HubSpot marketing workflows, ensuring adherence to industry standards in lead management and reporting
- Keep up to date on the latest trends in social and Google media
- Utilise advanced AI and Martech tools to enhance creative and ad optimisation
- Provide insights and guidance to maximise client outcomes, enhancing their social media services overall
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in meeting their objectives including their impact on lead generation, customer lifetime value (LTV), and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors
- Identify opportunities for reaching new market segments and expanding our market share
- Compile precise reports on the performance of our marketing campaigns and BAU content
- Experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on managing ads across Meta, TikTok and Google
- Excellent social media advertising proficiency - you will know how to achieve outcomes through social media and video
- Someone entrepreneurial, who enjoys the fast-pace - someone who can hit the ground running
- A creative, who can curate an impressive strategy
- CMS experience, with Hubspot experience being advantageous
- Experience in campaign performance monitoring, optimisation and presentation of data insights to key stakeholders
