You&rsquo;ll be hands-on where it counts, while guiding developers to deliver quality products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<br> <br>Key Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Lead, inspire and grow a Full Stack development team across architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Own and drive the technical strategy using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Java.</li> <li>Set and enforce best practices in code quality, system design, testing, security, and DevSecOps.</li> <li>Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and professional development planning.</li> <li>Facilitate cross-functional alignment between product, design, and technology stakeholders.</li> <li>Guide system-wide architectural decisions, balancing innovation with reliability and scalability.</li> <li>Take ownership of key project phases, including deployment and post-release support.</li> </ul> About You<br> You&rsquo;re a respected technical leader who leads by example &mdash; someone who can architect complex systems and nurture high-performing teams.
