<strong>About the role</strong><br>This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst (EL1 equivalent) to join a major transformation program focused on advancing the Data & Analytics capabilities within a key Federal Government agency.<br><br> You will be an integral part of the Analytics Advancement business area, translating complex business needs into high-quality, actionable business and technical requirements. You’ll collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the agency’s goals and architecture.<br><br><strong>Skills & Experience</strong> <br><strong>Essential:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in business and technical requirement development within large-scale data & analytics programs</li> <li>Strong background in implementing Cloud Data Platforms or analytics applications with supporting architecture (e.g. ETL, data models, data governance)</li> <li>Proven experience analysing and documenting data and process flows</li> <li>Ability to translate business data into meaningful, actionable insights</li> <li>High proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word</li> <li>Agile delivery experience including Epics, User Stories, and Initiative documentation</li> </ul> <strong>Desirable:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams across complex technology and business transformation projects</li> <li>Exposure to fraud detection models, SAS Viya, or proficiency in SQL/Python</li> <li>Scrum Master experience</li> </ul> To apply, please click the '<strong>Apply</strong>' button to submit the most recent copy of your resume and cover letter.
