Project Manager - Salesforce.

BLACKROC is proud to partner with one of Australia's largest litigation law firms and currently looking for a Project manager for a 3 year contract. This project manager will be responsible for introducing new marketing technology and upgrading existing digital communication assets.

As a Project Manager, you will work cross functionally to successfully leading a major Salesforce implementation projects from inception. 

Key Responsibilities: 
You will use your extensive Agile knowledge, to build a cohesive team, and help lay down the foundation of their development framework.

• Provide leadership and direct teams in the delivery of high-quality services within committed time frames 
• Undertaking business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation
• Collaborate with the customer in a consultative role when eliciting their business and technical requirements
• Manage the relationship with the client/customer throughout the project duration
• Accountable for customer satisfaction and focused on delivering valuable insights to the customer
• Identify risks and issues throughout the project, monitor service delivery, and initiate strategies and plans to ensure delivery of high-quality services

Essential Requirements: 

• Demonstrated experience leading major Salesforce implementation projects
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience managing client experiences and marketing technology agencies
• Prior experience leading website and contact centre re-developments
• Excellent Communication skills, and solid stakeholder management skill
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT field or equivalent industry experience
