Head of CRM.

BLACKROC is proud to be partnering with a leading business in Brisbane searching for a Head of CRM to lead their loyalty team. We are searching for YOU, a Customer Relationship Manager with extensive experience managing and developing direct marketing campaigns ideally with high volume database experience.

The Role:

Leading a team of six CRM Specialists, you will be responsible for mapping out the direct marketing strategies to prioritise customer engagement and driving ROI. Sitting within the Senior Leadership Team, you will be helping to drive the overall business goals that will focus on long-term growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop CRM team members
• Foster an inclusive, empowering, and engaging environment 
• Define and drive the CRM strategy and goals for the business
• Omni-channel delivery of campaigns, leveraging a range of channels including display, email, social, SMS, and web
• Develop new ways to improve the way campaigns are delivered
• Use your understanding of the customer journey to increase conversion and re-engage inactive customers

About you:

• 6 + years of Direct Marketing and CRM experience
• Positive leadership experience is a MUST
• Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience ideal
• Proven ability to successfully manage campaign and marketing automation tools
