IAM Tech Lead (Customer).

A large Government organisation are undertaking a major IAM project and are looking for a CIAM Tech Lead. This position is responsible for leading the technical aspects of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment. The Tech Lead provides guidance, technical expertise, and assistance in project planning, ensuring the successful implementation and operation of CIAM initiatives. Additionally, they serve as the go-to person for difficult technical issues and design solutions for advanced problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of CIAM solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to the CIAM team, assisting in project planning and execution.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, serving as the primary escalation point for difficult problems.
• Design solutions for advanced CIAM challenges, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches.

Experience: 

• Extensive experience in customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions as a Subject Matter Expert, including design, implementation, and optimisation.
• Experience in other CIAM solutions such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and Akamai is highly desirable.
• Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
• Ability to plan and manage project workload and provide direction using a Project Management tool such as Kanban, Jira or similar.
• Strong understanding of automation capability with a focus on PowerShell, SCIM and APIs
