Senior Cloud Systems Administrator.

BLACKROC has partnered with a multi-award winning Australian owned and operated product company who are currently searching for a Senior Cloud System Administrator to join their dynamic IT team in Sydney.

Due to internal promotions this role is available for a career driven IT enthusiast skilled to wear multiple hats and take challenges head on working with AWS and Kubernetes to make your mark in the Cloud.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Assist with the improvement of the Kubernetes environment
• Implementing and maintaining service integrations, frameworks, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, monitoring tools, DevOps and cloud services.
• Development and execution of scripts to support environments  
• Automating tasks and adding towards continuous improvement

Necessary skills and experience:  

• Experience with AWS cloud services (additional experience with  Azure or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.)
• Experience working with Kubernetes Clustering
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Office 365, Azure AD, MS SQL server
• Experience in routing, switching, and general networking equipment (eg. Cisco Catalyst, HP Procurve/Aruba, pfSense)
• Good understanding of Bash & PowerShell scripting.
