BLACKROC is excited to be partnered with a rapidly growing MSP taking over Brisbane becoming the preferred partner for multiple large organisations and utilising the most up to date tech on the market!

Due to nation-wide growth and rapid expansion they are now looking to take on a Service Desk Officer who has a passion for resolving IT issues at both a remote and face to face level. This is an opportunity for someone to get a grasp of the best tech available on the market and really expand your skillset and experience in an evolving team.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Responding to tickets from users requiring technology assistance; 
  • Use remote desktop software to resolve issues, performs installations or demonstrates solutions to other staff.
  • Running up new user computers, printers and phones
  • Set work priorities to ensure staff needs are met
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 2 years + experience working in an IT help desk/end user support role
  • Detail orientated, with an understanding of key business IT requirements and expectations
  • Ability to connect with internal stakeholders across the business
  • Your own vehicle
