Digital Business Analyst.

About the role:
You will be working on a digital transformation project across a large-scale team. We are looking for someone with a technical background and experience working in heavily regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively plan and approach the discussion and agreements of requirements and clarify processes and scope among multiple stakeholders. 
• Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
• Provide advice on complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate and collaborate with developers to facilitate suitable outcomes for stakeholders.
• Deliver business analysis capability in diverse project delivery environments using Agile principles.
• Undertake discovery to support scoping and estimation before project launches.
• Drive ongoing improvements for a large customer base.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience working within a similar position.
• Previous experience within Agile environments is a MUST.
• Demonstrated experience in applying expert knowledge of digital project design and implementation to deliver successful digital products.
• Strong consulting or digital agency experience with a background in technical business analysis, including project implementation for digital engagements.
• Lead specifications for digital products based on technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of business and user experience in designing digital products.
• Demonstrated experience in the execution of products to provide an excellent client/stakeholder experience.
