BLACKROC is seeking multiple Business Analysts to bridge the gap between Engineering and Product in a global product development team.
As a Business Analyst, you will work directly with best-in-class product owners in cross-functional teams who design, develop and modernize solutions for mobile & web applications; you will be responsible for delivering the industry first, best products, analyzing requirements, refining user stories, and supporting the delivery of the Digital strategy.

About the role:
- Working closely with the Product Development and Scrum Teams to create user stories and software solutions.
- Develop solid, balanced relationships with business partners and identify areas for improvement within the current processes.
- Design workflow and process strategies to enhance business performance and remain up to date with the latest technologies and agile practices.
- Be responsible for creating business cases that define potential benefits and options for achieving those benefits by modifying processes and identifying business risks.
- Facilitate meetings between the development team and business stakeholders to scope requirements for projects and employ a wide range of industry-wide modeling techniques.
- Experience working within a product development environment and have the ability to comprehend the user journey.
- Strong understanding of delivering digital B2C Solutions, particularly mobile applications.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile Environment and knowledge of Business Analyst methods, techniques, and tools aligned with BABOK v3.
- Be able to shape thinking and lead, gather the appropriate information, and employ the most suitable Agile development practices
