​What are Candidates prioritising in their job search?

There are a few things that Candidates are all prioritising when we discuss what their motivations are for finding a new role.

First, are the key benefits that you as a business are offering in the workplace. Some of the stand out ones are parental leave policy above the standard offering, a learning and development budget whether that be attending conferences, opportunities to meet other people in the industry, or online courses to expand their skillset.

Another one is during the recruitment process, who is meeting with the Candidate so they can gauge the kind of people they will be working alongside, the type of leaders or leadership style they will be led by. Candidates really are choosing the people in the business not just the brand.
