About the Role:

You will work to refine processes and build out their tool kit, while solving meaningful problems for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationship with clients and engage with stakeholders to understand their objectives, user needs and design requirements.
- Conduct user and market research to understand customer problems.
- Organise and facilitate UX projects to move through sketching, user flows wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and UI design.
- Validate prototypes to test and measure your concepts prior to finalising the detailed design.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of design projects.
- Be data-driven in your decision making, and iterate on designs based on insights from user feedback and usability testing.
- Previous experience in a UX/UI Design role, ideally in a consultancy or agency.
- You have a brilliant portfolio that balances both UX with UI and visuals.
- You use user-centered design methodologies and techniques and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a proactive approach and love solving problems.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and experience articulating design concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
