New Recruitment Consultant.

Over the last 2 years, we've hired 14 recruitment consultants with no recruitment experience, 10 of which are still in our business today and performing to a high standard, primarily due to our robust training and support systems.

In the first six months of 2022, we have managed to grow 36% YTD on 21CY. This has been due to a focus on progressive business process improvement, that has stemmed from the top down, and has been led carefully throughout our various teams by our leaders.

We've had people join our business with zero recruitment experience and earn upwards of $40,000 commission cheques per quarter in their first year, 'yes they have worked hard for this - Simply amazing!

What will your day look like?

• Calling candidates pitching them our new jobs on behalf of our clients
• Calling clients, discussing hiring requirements & the candidate market
• Working with and using our state-of-the-art software systems
• Meeting with candidates & clients, discussing recruitment
• Minimal administration duties; emailing and CRM data entry
• Building marketing campaign material
