Jason started his career in IT recruitment almost straight from high-school; 2021 marks a decade in the IT & Digital recruitment industry, and 8 years as a company owner. He’s started businesses from scratch, successfully exited those businesses, built recruitment teams in different markets and hired almost 100 Recruiters. Along the way, he’s made plenty of mistakes but believes he has grown from them.
Ultimately, Jason gains job satisfaction from seeing teams succeed and become highly regarded industry professionals. He has a passion for finding and nurturing superstar Recruiters.
