BLACKROC is actively seeking a skilled Automation Business Analyst to play a pivotal role within a global product development team. This role serves as a vital link between Engineering and Product departments. - Forge close collaboration with both Scrum and Product Development teams to craft intricate user stories and innovative software solutions.
- Define and meticulously document existing and future-state processes.
- Elicit and elaborate on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business partners, proactively identifying avenues for optimising current processes.
- Devise strategic workflow and process enhancements to elevate business performance, while staying abreast of cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies.
- Construct compelling business cases outlining potential benefits and the pathways to attain them by adapting processes and pinpointing business risks.
- Facilitate purposeful meetings between development teams and business stakeholders, leveraging a range of industry-wide modelling techniques to crystallise project requirements.
- Possess a minimum of three years' experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile Environment, with an adept understanding of methods, techniques, and tools aligned with BABOK v3.
- Acumen in navigating an agile product development landscape and a keen comprehension of user journeys.
- Proficiency in Automation Technologies such as UiPath, Nintex, or PowerApps.
- Exhibit the capacity to shape perspectives, provide leadership, extract pertinent information, and adeptly apply the most suitable Agile development practices.
