They have recently embarked on the journey to transform their product teams and refine and uplift the product management practice within the business.They are now looking for a Product Owner to join their dynamic product teams, to ensure solutions delivered drive both business and customer value.
About the Role:
You will join a large, empowered Product team in a global B2C brand, and work alongside incredible product leadership who are driving a Product model within the business, and contribute to a Product Community of Practice. As Product Owner in the Partnerships Portfolio you will work closely with a brilliant Senior Product Manager to deliver solutions and enhancements with significant commercial impact. This role will begin as a contract and convert to permanent in the new financial year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the customer proxy with the team, working with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to identify customer needs, and define the vision and goals for development
- Groom and maintain your team's product backlog, effectively prioritising based on business and customer needs
- Break down problems into effective requirements and acceptance criteria in collaboration with your team
- Work closely with the Product Manager to align Product value and vision
- Active involvement in product development, liaising and monitoring each stage of the development lifecycle
- Ensure all solutions add value and analyse business benefit vs cost to validate
- Deliver development solutions and prioritise timelines by backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner
- Must have experience and/or technical understanding of integrations and APIs
- Strong product toolbox, and discovery and delivery process
- In depth knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies and practices
- Strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in performing analysis and developing and documenting requirements as user stories
