The role
While working within a collaborative cross-functional product team, You will be delivering seamless digital experiences across multiple channels for millions of customers, with user cententricity at the forefront of everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Create design proposals for mobile apps and websites to promote ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
- Maintenance of a Design Library
- Liaise with internal teams (Design Team Manager, UI Designers, Product Owners & Developers) to progressively move from low fidelity to high fidelity designs.
- Propose solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technological capabilities, understanding how and why people use our products and the overall Customer Experience.
- Utilise both quantitative and qualitative data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Frequent validation through user testing on both internally and externally.
- 3+ years industry experience.
- Strong UI & a passion for UX.
- Experience using design tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- You are energised by problem solving and back your decisions with confidence.
- Experience in suggesting/implementing A/B test to optimise digital experiences.
- Your portfolio is of a high standard showcasing your skill and project experience.
