Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in business requirements capture, analysis, and process modeling.
• Strong ability to define solution requirements for system integrations and ensure their fulfillment.
• Extensive engagement experience with stakeholders to translate requirements into achievable deliverables.
• Knowledge of Dynamics365 and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall-based System Development Lifecycles.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Advanced proficiency in BPMN software and drawing tools.
• Track record of successful solution delivery through agile iteration cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
