Technical Business Analyst.

BLACKROC are working with a large enterprise client who require a Technical Business Analyst on an initial 12 month contract in Brisbane.
  
This role requires the expertise of a Technical Business Analysis to capture, understand and document the business challenges, opportunities and priorities as they relate to the delivery of the Project.
  
Responsibilities:

• Capturing, understanding and documenting the business challenges, opportunities and priorities as they relate to the delivery of the project.
• Analysis, documentation, review and delivery of business requirements, current & future state processes
• Solution designs
• Other artefacts as required for project delivery
• Effective stakeholder and vendor engagement to ensure there is successful delivery of the solutions to fulfil the agreed business requirements and in line with the project delivery parameters (scope, schedule, budget).
• Preparing project documentation, governance submissions, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes for review and finalisation by the Technical Project Manager

  
Key Skills:

• 3+ years in a similar Technical Business Analysis role
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands across a complex program of work
• Demonstrated experience in successfully influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve goals
• Experience working across multiple platforms and technologies (Microsoft, SQL)
• Proven ability to elicit and document meaningful business requirements
• Proven ability to understand and document business processes using standard notation
• Experience in documenting and implementing web-based, web-enabled and mobile business applications
• Strong understanding and experience of agile methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written skills and problem solving ability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Strong collaboration & facilitation skills and an ability to achieve consensus
