ServiceNow System Administrator.

BLACKROC is pleased to be working with a large government-owned utilities organisation as they search for a Service Now Administrator to join their team. Having recently implemented ServiceNow to up-lift their maturity, this person will play a key role in managing configurations, steamlining processes and rolling out new processes and functionalities. 

Ideally, you will have the following experience:

• Experience working on and configuring ServiceNow SaaS
• ITIL 3 or 4 qualifications
• Experience with Change, Asset, Incident and Service Request management
• Experience with Ticketing Flows
