BLACKROC are pleased to be working alongside a market leading ecommerce platform provider as they continue their rapid growth. 
 
If you have a passion for customer service, the role of Customer Support Senior Engineer with this business offers an exciting opportunity to help their customers maximise the effectiveness of their products. Collaborating with a team of experts, you will utilise your exceptional problem-solving abilities to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of customer support requests. 

Their typical working model is 1 day in the office per week, however for the right candidate they would consider fully remote (within the Australian East Coast). 

To be successful in the role you will have experience across: 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B e-commerce environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • A passion for learning and proactive knowledge sharing
  • Strong SQL skillset 
  • Experience in REST API
Whilst not essential, any experience with the following would be advantageous: 
  • Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure (preferably Durable Functions)
  • Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
  • Knowledge of e-commerce applications such as Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce or adjacent applications
  • Experience with using or supporting ERP systems such as PRONTO, Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Dynamics AX, NetSuite, SAP etc.
