We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Data Engineer with a proven track record in designing and implementing data solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions
- Implement data models and design efficient database structures
- Develop data profiling and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Manage data infrastructure and deployment processes, including CI/CD, DevOps, and automation
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop data solutions that meet their needs
- Mentor and lead junior data engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields
- Strong technical skills in ETL, data warehousing, data modeling, data profiling, and DevOps
- Experience with the Azure ecosystem, including Data Bricks, Data Factory, Data Lake, and Synapse
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Experience in a lead/head of data role advantageous
