Senior Security Consultant.

BLACKROC is on the look out for a Senior Security Consultant to join a well known cyber security practice to play a pivotal role in protecting clients' digital assets. They are at the forefront of cutting-edge security solutions, ensuring the highest level of protection for their clients in an ever-evolving digital landscape. If you are a passionate and skilled security professional with experience in cybersecurity, Azure Cloud, and risk assessment, this role is for you.


Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in clients' IT infrastructure, networks, and applications.
2. Develop and implement robust security strategies tailored to meet clients' specific needs and risk profiles.
3. Lead and execute security business assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats.
4. Offer expert advice and guidance to clients on security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Security Consultant or in a similar role within the cybersecurity domain.
2. Profound knowledge of security frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and industry standards.
3. Expertise in conducting penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
4. Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and SIEM solutions.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to security challenges.
6. Must be an Australian Citizen for security clearance purposes.
