This is an opportunity to work for a SaaS company that’s been evangelising Human-Centred Design for the past 10+ years and work on a product that improves the lives of fellow Designers, UX Researchers & Product Managers. 

The Company:
  
If you work across the Product and Design space chances are you've already used this tool - Now as the company continues to scale, they’re looking for another talented Senior Product Designer to join the team. This is an opportunity to work end-to-end on a platform that helps businesses uncover design issues early; preventing wasted time, effort and user frustration!
  
The Role:
  
Rather than being measured on design output, the Product Design team are measured on the success of the product. You will be responsible for the overall user experience of a product and focus on customers and the creation of customer value. You will evangelize Design and Research Ops, helping grow and improve capability across the company.
  
About you:  
  • You’re a systems thinker and thought leader
  • You enjoy collaborative environments – working cross functionally with product and tech teams
  • You’re a strong communicator, able to articulate customer needs, design processes and the ‘why’ behind decisions
  • You’re experienced across quantitative and qualitative research, able to synthesise findings from user interviews, usability tests & analytic reports to help provide a clear picture of customer needs and opportunities
  • You’re a true end-to-end designer, capable of designing new features, improving existing features, and contributing to the overall product vision and design direction
  • You’re able to facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to dive deeper into requirements & problem identification
