Working alongside a distributed cross-functional team, you'll be responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of a global technology platform. As part of this team, you'll help shape technology strategy and policy, influence engineering culture and conduct R&D to ensure scalability and reliability of the platform.
As part of your responsibilities, you’ll be creating applications tailored to the needs of specific service sectors. Drive real value for clients on their advanced global platform using the latest .NET and React, supported by a microservice infrastructure on AWS. As a Senior Engineer you will lead technology decisions, set standards, mentor team members, and deliver a robust, scalable, and maintainable solution.

- Ownership of all aspects of their software product: architecture, quality & user experience.
- Perform regular code reviews, mentor, and guide the team to improve coding practices.
- Be a team enabler.
- Enthusiastic and motivated developer with a track record of diverse project experience in agile environments, dedicated to producing high-quality work while aligning with business objectives.
- Proficient in object-oriented principles, SOLID, and design patterns, prioritizing code efficiency, legibility, testability, and maintainability.
- Extensive experience aligning with the majority of our tech stack.
- Valued knowledge or involvement in the legal and conveyancing industry.
