Senior Marketing Manager.

Are you ready to take charge of an entire marketing department and drive strategic growth? We're seeking a  Senior Marketing Manager to lead this long-standing B2B SaaS company on their brand, product, content, digital, field, and marketing operations. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers strategic significance and ample potential for professional development.

We are looking for someone living in Brisbane Queensland for this opportunity.

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• Strong personal accountability and initiative
• 5+ years of marketing communications experience
• Prior experience in B2B marketing within the software industry
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams
• Hands-on proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and LinkedIn
• Comprehensive understanding of various marketing facets including brand, product, content, digital, marketing ops, and field
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management abilities
• Outstanding presentation skills for both online and physical speaking engagements

You will:

• Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Hands on experience, and comfortable still being hands on
• Establish clear marketing goals and metrics for success
• Drive pipeline creation, contributing to the achievement of target goals
• Maintain and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels
• Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product development teams
• Develop and implement a robust content strategy, creating engaging content
• Expand their digital footprint through website, social media, and other digital platforms
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, leveraging analytics to demonstrate ROI
• Identify and implement necessary tools and platforms for marketing success
• Represent their brand at physical events, embodying their values and mission
• Lead, train, and mentor a dedicated marketing team
